MNLU Nagpur admission 2024 for B.A. LL. B and LL.M programs will be done through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). CLAT 2024 registrations have been started from July 1 till November 3, 2023. CLAT 2024 exam was held on December 3, 2023. Maharashtra National Law University [MNLU] is a State University located in Nagpur, Maharashtra and was established in the year 2015. B.A.LL.B. Honours in Adjudication and Justicing is a Five-year full-time Undergraduate Degree Course offered by Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. This course comprises of intensive and exhaustive practical training with regular Internships and Judicial Clerkship and Six months of Apprenticeship (Semester-X) under the guardianship of High Court Justices and District Judges. B.A.LL.B. (Honours in Adjudication and Justicing) is a residential Degree Course that aims to equip the students with critical legal thinking for entry level of Judiciary.

B.A. LL. B in Adjudication and Justicing: Eligibility Criteria

The candidates fulfilling the following criteria are eligible to apply:

  • Candidates must have appeared in the CLAT 2024 Examination conducted in December 2023;
  • Candidates must have completed Higher Secondary Education i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination with forty-five percent (45%) or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved / OBC / PWD categories and forty percent (40%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Categories;
  • Candidate should be an Indian Citizen; 
  • The age of the candidate should not be more than 20 (twenty) years as on the date of application

The admission process for B.A. LL.B. (Honours in Adjudication and Justicing) will be on the basis of CLAT Score.
